Do I need to open an account with you in order to donate/shop with you?
Yes. However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you donate/shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

What currency do you accept?
All donations & orders are processed in USD.
What donation methods do you accept?
We accept donation via PayPal or any of the most widespread credit cards, such as American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Dinners Club or Discover.
Is COD (Cash on delivery) accepted?
Sorry, but at this moment we only accept donation via PayPal or Credit Card.
What are the Shipping Costs?
We offer FREE shipping for all gifts purchased via donation in our Gift Center.
Shipping to over 200 countries
We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

Where is my tracking number?
You will receive an e-mail with the tracking number as soon as your gift is shipped, but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. Orders usually needs a few days to be managed/processed.
When will I receive my gift?
This depends on the gift ordered and destination country. US order needs usually 5-20 working days. Other countries could need between 10-30 working days.
What are the shipping times?
We have partnered with worldwide merchants & suppliers in order to provide you the best quality for your gifts.
We ship direct from our manufacturer. This means that your order is shipped sometimes from overseas, and delivery times may be slightly longer than in local delivery. Check out each product, but in general your items to US need 5-20 working days and other countries may take 10 to 45 working days to arrive.
Please keep in mind that some items may be delayed by a country’s customs checks. HEA Fund is not responsible for any customs fees that are incurred during shipping.

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been confirmed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your order is confirmed. Therefore, please ensure you provide the correct shipping address.
I’ve received a defective gift, what should I do?
We apologize if you had received a defective gift from us. Please contact our Customer Care Team using this Contact Form with a snapshot of the product and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
I’ve purchased the wrong size or color
We do not provide exchanges for size or color. So please make sure you ordered the right one before check out.
I have not received my gift, what should I do?
Kindly drop an email to our Customer Care Team using this Contact Form if you have not received your parcel after 20 working days and we will assist you accordingly.
Do you offer returns, exchanges or refunds?
Due to the nature of our organization and the way we run it via the donations we receive; we usually do not process a refund for the donation. Although if you have any problems receiving your gift, or have any other issues, just get in touch with us and we will sort it out promptly. We care and respect you as much as we care about the endangered species worldwide.
